Tamil Nadu lost its one of the most influential strong and beautiful politicians, Ms. J. Jayalalithaa on Monday night at 23:30 PM after she suffered a cardiac arrest on Sunday night.
This is the 2nd biggest loss to our current generation as the nation previously lost another great leader and the people’s president, Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam and now it is an end of the people’s Chief Minister, Selvi Jayalalithaa.
As how Dr. Kalam was the beloved son of Tamil Nadu, Dr. Amma will remain as the beloved daughter of the Nation!
Not just Tamil Nadu, but the entire nation was left mourned as the brave lady CM of TN, the AIADMK supremo & the former South Indian movie star dies after 75 days of struggle in the hospital. The government declared a seven days of mourning.
It is still a tremor of shock to the people of TN to realize ‘Amma’ is no more!
She was only 68 and is well-known as India’s most charismatic political leader most commonly referred as “Amma” and ‘Puratchi Thalaivi’ by her fans and followers.
People of Tamil Nadu will never forget her paradigm of freebies like laptops, cycles and series of subsidized meals with Amma canteens and other discounted Amma-branded products included mineral water, salt, seeds and even medicines.
She was always been a source of inspiration and her concern for the welfare of the poor and women society is quite appreciable and we pray the almighty grant us the strength to bear this irreparable loss of the great soul.
Various politicians including PM Narendra Modi and President Pranab Mukherjee paid floral tribute to her mortal on Dec 6th and the last rites were performed in the evening and the body of Jayalalithaa laid to rest with full state honours at Marina Beach, Chennai.
Mortal remains of Amma Jayalalithaa were buried next to that of her mentor, MG Ramachandran (MGR) who was great actor turned politician.
We at Zuan, share our grief for the loss of such a charming multi-faceted actor, a true fighter, a good administration, an iconic leader and a brave woman politician of the present decade.
May her soul rest in peace!
